Cheeseburger bowl

A low calorie, high protein take on the viral cheeseburger bowl. Air-fried potato cubes, seasoned beef mince, fresh salad, cheese, and burger sauce.

Ingredients
- 450 g potatoes, cubed
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- salt and pepper
- 250 g lean beef mince
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 20 g tomato puree
- 1 ct beef stock cube
- 1 ct iceberg lettuce, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, diced
- 50 g low fat cheese
- 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp gherkin juice

Season the cubed potatoes with paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper. Air fry at 200C for 13-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until golden.

Spray a pan with oil and fry the beef mince for a few minutes to brown. Mix in the tomato puree, mustard, and crumbled beef stock cube. Add a dash of boiling water and stir well to combine. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Make the burger sauce by mixing together the light mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard, gherkin juice, garlic granules and paprika. Set aside.

Assemble the bowl with sliced iceberg lettuce and diced cherry tomatoes. Top with the cooked beef mince and fried potatoes, then add the cheese. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve.
