A quick beef and noodle bowl. Everything cooks in one pan, then gets a fast soy and honey sauce (basically the same as the teriyaki sauce), and the udon goes back in to get coated.

- 500 g ground beef
- 3 portions udon noodles
- 300 g bok choy (chopped)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey (to taste)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, a splash for umami)
- 1 tbsp chili crisp (optional, for heat)
- 2 stalks green onion (sliced, for topping)
- 1 tbsp oil (for the pan)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Boil the udon noodles.

Cook the ground beef with a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Take the beef out and add the chopped bok choy to the pan.

Take the bok choy out, then make the sauce in the pan with 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey. Add a splash of oyster sauce and a spoon of chili crisp here too if you want more umami and heat, then mix for a bit.

Add the beef, bok choy, and the cooked udon back into the pan and toss until everything is coated in the sauce.

Serve with green onion on top.
